Cold Lake might see bus service to Kinosoo Ridge this coming winter.
A loose framework for what such a service might look like was presented to council on Tuesday. In the plan, the service would run Friday through Sunday three times a day from the Tri-City mall to the resort. a fee was also proposed that would work out to about five dollars per round trip.
