The NDP has announced an additional 10 million dollars in funding to FCSS’s across the province in their latest budget, which means Cold Lake’s will soon have a bit more cash to work with.
The FCSS gets roughly 80% of its funding from the province. The board hasn’t had enough time yet to decide how to spend the new money.
