Cold Lake City Council is looking into building an arch over Main Street.
The arch would be located in the downtown and would attempt to reflect the old Grand Centre. The final design would likely be decided by a public contest.
Council will decide whether or not to go ahead with the project during the 2016 Budget Deliberations in November.
