Bonnyville’s bid to host the world Junior A Hockey challenge has reached the second round
The comittee has received a reply back from Hockey Canada, with an extensive list of specific, personalized questions regarding the campaign’s facilities, budget and other logistical matters.
The committee isn’t sure how far along they are in the process, or even who else has put in a bid, but can only interpret the response as a positive. Committee Member Robb Hunter says the local buzz is building. More and more people are asking him how the process is going.
The Committee aims to submit a full response by Monday.
