Jorgenson’s Lawyer Resigns From Case

Ashley Jorgenson's lawyer has resigned from her case.

Jorgenson is facing 56 fraud related charges. She is accused of using stolen credit cards and/or credit card numbers to purchase items.

Her lawyer's resignation has delayed the case until 2016 so that she can seek new counsel.
