Elk Point town Council has approved its 2015 Capital Budget
A capital budget is an overview of what exactly a municipality spent its money on over the course of the year. Some highlights from this year’s budget include a provincial grant to build a sewage lagoon, a 300,000 dollar loan to develop a subdivision on Centennial Drive and 25 grand on a new walking trail.
