After 25 years of service to the MD of Bonnyville, John Foy has retired.
Yesterday’s council meeting was the Director of Planning and Development’s last. The council had some kind words for Foy before his final report as well as a few parting gifts. Foy received a golf towel, some new golf balls and a plaque reading “If it goes right, it’s a slice. If it goes left, it’s a hook. If it goes straight, it’s a miracle!”.
