Police in Lac La Biche say a coordinated effort between other mounties in the area has resulted in three arrests. Police say they were looking for the three suspects on charges including stealing property.
On December 5th a team of police including the Air Services unit and St. Paul Police Dog team tracked the three down in a stolen vehicle. A chase took place which had the suspects driving through a gate and down various back roads. Eventually, police were able to get the vehicle stopped and arrested all three.
24-year-old Justice Mountain, 23-year-old Symone Steinhauer and 31-year-old Nicole Makokis are now facing charges including break and enter.
