Mounties in Bonnyville say a trail of footprints in the snow led to an arrest and charges against a driver after an accident. Police say the crash occurred early on Remembrance Day morning.
When the RCMP got to the crash scene they noticed a trail of footprints in the snow leading to a nearby home. Mounties went to the home and had a look around where they found a 44-year-old man they believe was driving the car involved.
He now faces a variety of charges including operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited and will see a courtroom at a later date.
