The MD of Bonnyville council is getting to work as 2020 budget deliberations are set to begin. The MD announced Thursday that a series of budget deliberation meetings were set to begin that would see council meeting every Thursday from October 11th to November 25th.
The MD had previously announced a series of open houses in communities like Glendon and La Corey. These meetings will help the council shape where money could go to in 2020.
Last year the MD council had given the OK to an interim budget by February. The final budget didn’t get approved until June.
