The Lakeland is in for a small stretch of chilly weather. Environment and Climate Change Canada says a cold front from up in the Yukon is expected to make its way through Alberta starting tonight.
With the cold front could come rain and snow, winds and colder-than-usual temperatures for Tuesday and Wednesday. The western region of the province is expecting heavy snowfall in certain parts.
Tuesday’s high is expected to be around 1 degree. The average for this time of year is usually closer to 12.
