FASD centre hosting mocktail competition on awareness day

Mocktails will be on tap for a good cause in Cold Lake on Monday. The Lakeland Centre for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder is hosting a mocktail competition at the Tri-City Mall on September 9th.

The competition is part of the events for the 20th FASD Awareness Day. Businesses from around the area will be making the imitation libations from a secret mystery basket of ingredients. Judges will select winners based on certain criteria.

The fun begins at 11 AM. Challenges are still being accepted for the competition. More information can be found at the Lakeland Centre for FASD website.
