Life with no parole for 13 years for Frenchman

Frank James Frenchman has been sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for at least 13 years. That was the punishment handed down last Thursday in an Edmonton courtroom.

Frenchman will also be required to submit a sample of his DNA to the national databank along with other conditions. He was originally convicted of the murder of 83-year-old Bonnyville senior Alfred Wagner back in March.

Wagner was found dead in his home in October of 2016.
