The Village of Glendon will be hosting a byelection. The village currently has two councillors after the passing of Councilor Scott Lundgren back in June. Byelection voting is due to take place on August 26th at the Fire Hall.
Nominations for the vacant position will open up on July 29th. Interested residents can head over to the village office to grab the paperwork needed to throw their name in the running.
This is the second byelection the community has had since the 2017 general election. The last one was held last November that saw the election of Councilor Nicholas Werstiuk.
