Suspected chop shop broken up near Two Hills

St. Paul mounties were part of the team that broke up a suspected chop shop near Two Hills. The RCMP is saying on April 23rd they were on patrol when they spotted a scooter that was found to be stolen.

Two days later a team of mounties including some from St. Paul and the Eastern Alberta Rural Crime Reduction Unit raided three different properties in Two Hills County. Mounties say they found stolen trucks, ATVs, tools and more during their search. The RCMP says the property was taken from places like Lloydminster and Smoky Lake

45-year-old Craig Allen Wince of Two Hills and 33-year-old Jamie Bruhm of Vegreville now face multiple charges of possession of property obtained by a crime.

Mounties say the recovered stolen items are valued at around $200,000.
