MS walk looking to make a difference Saturday

The Jayman MS walk is set to once again raise money in St. Paul this Saturday. The 2, 5 or 10-kilometre walk features teams from around the Lakeland out strolling and raising money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

This year the Lakeland MS Society hoped to raise $90,000 online. At press time donations had hit over $73,000. Donations and pledges can be handled at the walks’ official website.

The event is due to get started Saturday at 10 AM. Walkers will begin at the St. Paul Rec Centre.
