Work on BCHS due to start this summer

The Northern Lights Public School division is releasing details on the plan to modernize Bonnyville Centralized High School. In a release available on the NLPS website, the school board says work on the school is expected to start this summer and run for two years. Classrooms are expected to be worked on as well as a new large gymnasium among other projects.

To try and accelerate the project, students will be moving to the Centennial Centre for the first semester of the next school year. Classrooms will be placed in the Agriplex in August to accommodate the plan.

NLPS says they will have more news on the project in the next few weeks. They remind parents to check their emails to keep up with news on the job.
