The Frog Lake First Nation has elected a new Chief and Council. Residents went to the polls last Friday. Greg Desjarlais has been selected as the new chief. He replaces former chief Clifford Stanley.
Clifton Cross, Stoney Dion, Preston Faithful, Billy Quinney and Jason Quinney will represent the new council. 61 people were eligible for the council positions.
Frog Lake has over 2,400 band members.
