New traffic lights will be erected in Cold Lake. Traffic lights will be installed at the corner of Highway 28 and 16 Street to control traffic at that intersection. The project is prompted by the increase in traffic and speed violations in the area. The $300,000 project will begin this summer and is expected to be completed by October 2.
