It’s lights, camera, action in Cold Lake as the city prepares to be the setting for a new movie. City officials released some information Monday about a film shoot. The project is expected to run from April 30 to May 19th. The city says during that time some roads and areas in the community might be shut down to allow for filming. Any major closures will be announced ahead of time on social media and the city website.
Members of the community have an opportunity to be extras in the film. Applications to be an extra can be sent into the producer of the film at [email protected].
The public is asked to respect the crews work as they showcase the area.
