Former powersport dealership owner charged with arson

The RCMP has laid charges of arson against a man after a fire at a motorsports dealership in St. Paul last August. On March 15th mounties arrested Jerry Bidulock of Innisfail in connection to the August 7th fire at Power Merchants in St. Paul. Police say their investigation into the warehouse and dealership blaze has determined the fires were deliberately set. RCMP Media Relations Officer Ron Bumbry says teamwork with the St. Paul and Mallaig Fire Department helped to find a conclusion to the case.

“Things that are resultant of the fire investigation, plus our own investigation, we were able to lay charges or come to that point where we can lay charges.”

Bidulock is listed as the Owner and General Manager of the dealership on Linkedin and various other online sites. He’s being charged with two counts of arson to own property as well as arson for a fraudulent purpose.
