Police arrest two, seize cocaine in search

Bonnyville mounties say cocaine and a weapon were among the items seized in a recent search warrant in town. The RCMP says they executed the search warrant in the southeast part of town on February 15th. The search was in relation to a drug investigation the mounties are currently working on in town.

Police say they found cocaine, over $2000, drug paraphernalia as well as a shotgun during the search. 24-year-old Charlie Matthew Josh Houle and 20-year-old Austin Christopher Lloyd Conway now face charges including possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Both have since been released. Houle will see Bonnyville Provincial Court on March 5th. Conway is due in court on March 19th.
