Bonnyville mounties say two people have been arrested after a liquor store robbery in town last year. The RCMP says on October 13th Sonny’s Liquor Store was robbed and an employee was assaulted. Police were investigating since then.
Mounties are saying two arrests have now been made in connection to the crime. 27-year-old Angel Blackman and a 17-year-old girl from Frog Lake who cannot be named now face charges including assault with a weapon. Both have since been released and will see Bonnyville court on February 5th.
