Mounties looking for tips after death on CLFN

The Cold Lake RCMP are trying to put the pieces together after a death on the Cold Lake First Nations. Mounties say on January 29th at 9 am they were called to English Bay after reports of gunfire in the area. Police say when they arrived they found a man dead in a home in the area. The name of the man has not been released.

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit is still on scene investigating the man’s death. An autopsy has been scheduled in Edmonton this week.

Police are now looking for anyone who may have been in the area between 1 and 4 am on January 29th to come forward. Tips can be submitted to the Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302 or through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
