School board looking for input in meetings

Northern Lights Public Schools is looking to get input from parents as they plan for the future. The school board has announced a series of community engagement meetings around the Lakeland. The meetings will help lay the groundwork for their three-year education plan.

The meetings will begin in Cold Lake at Cold Lake High School on February 6th. Stops along the way include Glendon, Lac La Biche as well as the Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement. The meetings will wrap up March 12th in Bonnyville at the C2.

Officials say comments from the meetings will be collected and used to help steer the school board for the next three years. More information on the meetings and a full schedule are found on the NLPSB website.
