Rollover leaves one dead near Frog Lake

The RCMP says they are still putting the pieces together after a rollover took the life of a Frog Lake woman. The accident happened on January 12th at Township Road 562 and Rural Road 40 near Frog Lake. Mounties say a van with four people inside was headed eastbound when it hit the ditch and then flipped.

A 39-year old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other passengers were taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. The Elk Point RCMP and an RCMP Collision Analyst team were on site looking into what may have caused the accident. Mounties say they’ll be continuing their investigation.
