Two arrested, two wanted after ATM search warrant

A pair of Saddle Lake men are wanted by police after some ATM thefts in the Lakeland. On December 10th police say they executed a search warrant on a home in Saddle Lake and found an ATM that was stolen from a store in Goodfish Lake. Mounties also say a stolen vehicle from Lloydminster and a prohibited weapon were also found at the home. After a little more digging into the case, the RCMP were also able to locate an ATM swiped from a gas station in La Corey.

A pair of men from Saddle Lake now face charges including breaking and entering. Both will make their first appearance in St. Paul Provincial Court on December 20th.

Mounties say they’re looking for 44-year-old Byron Hunter and 46-year-old Tyson Hunter in relation to the investigation. Anyone one with information on their whereabouts or in relation to the crimes is asked to call the St. Paul RCMP at 780-645-8888 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Mounties say their investigation into stolen ATMs in the area is continuing.
