Five charged after stolen truck find in St. Paul county

Five people now face charges after police say they were found with a stolen truck. St. Paul mounties say on December 11th they were called to Range Road 85 and Township Road 590 after a caller reported some suspicious activity in the area. Police say they arrived to find three people walking away from a white GMC pickup truck left on the road. Mounties quickly found out the truck had been stolen from Mannville last week. The three suspects were then arrested.

After a little more digging mounties were able to identify two more people connected with the theft. Police from Bonnyville and the Cold Lake RCMP dog were able to locate the missing two suspects after more reports of vehicle thefts in the area.

Four people from Saddle Lake now face charges including possession of stolen property. A 16-year-old youth from Saskatchewan was also charged with similar crimes as well. All will face St.Paul Court over the next three months.
