Cold Lake RCMP car involved in crash

Cold Lake mounties are still investigating after one of their cruisers was involved in an accident. Police say on the morning of November 14th a marked RCMP vehicle was responding to an emergency with its lights and siren on when it was hit by a car turning onto Highway 28 from 69th ave. Mounties say both the officer and driver of the car were taken to hospital as a precaution. No one was seriously hurt.

The RCMP Collision Reconstructionist team was on scene at the intersection. Police say their investigation into the accident will continue.
