Wings get set for American series

It will be the United States versus Canada at Imperial Oil Place in Cold Lake. The Cold Lake Wings are preparing for an international affair as the Junior A club in the Western States Hockey League hosts a series of games against opponents from the lower 48.

The Wings will lock horns with the Bellingham Blazers, Seattle Totems and West Sound Admirals from Washington as well as the South Oregon Spartans starting on Saturday, November 10th. WSHL League Commissioner Ron White will also be in attendance to watch the Wings play and meet with fans.

This will be the only chance Lakeland hockey fans will have to see American teams during the regular season. More information is available at the Cold Lake Wings official website.
