A big turnout is what Bonnyville town council is hoping for on November 13th. That’s the date for the public hearing on Cannabis bylaws the town is working on. The hearing comes after a close vote in council at the beginning of the month to re-examine the bylaws in place. The first reading of an amended law has already passed first reading.
A pair of retail marijuana shops have also had their development permits accepted by the town. The businesses would be located next to each other in a building off of Main and 54th street.
