Police Need Information on Hit & Run in Vermilion

***PRESS RELEASE FROM VERMILION RCMP DETACHMENT***
Vermilion, Alberta – On May 12th, 2015, at approximately 9:06 pm, Vermilion RCMP responded to a complaint of a hit and run which occurred at a car dealership located in the 4500 block of Railway Avenue in Vermilion, Alberta. Upon police arrival, it was determined that the suspect vehicle had struck 12 parked vehicles which were parked on the lot for sale. It appears that the suspect vehicle had been travelling westbound on Railway Avenue prior to the collision. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a pick up truck with aggressive tires and should have extensive damage to the passenger’s side and front. An estimate of damages is not known at this time.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have information regarding this occurrence to contact Vermilion RCMP at 780-853-4441.
