Police in Bonnyville are investigating after a weekend robbery at a local liquor store. Mounties say they were called to Sonny’s Liquor Store on Main Street at around 10 pm on October 13th. Management at the store says three people entered and assaulted an employee while demanding cash. Police also believe the suspects stole some liquor. All three fled the scene in a darker colored small SUV.
Mounties are looking for anyone who may have seen anything related to the crime to come forward. Tips can be submitted to the Bonnyville RCMP detachment at 780-343-7200 or online through Crime Stoppers.
