Alberta Health Services says women in the Lakeland will have the ability to be screened for breast cancer next month. The mobile mammography unit will be in Kehewin on November 5th and 6th. AHS says women aged 50 to 74 are most at risk of developing breast cancer.

A mammogram is an X-ray of the breast and has proven to be the most effective way to detect breast cancer.
