The Alberta Emergency Alert system has issued an Amber Alert for 14-year-old Naomi Toppin. Police say Toppin was forcibly abducted in Edmonton near 84 Street and 104 Avenue at 3 pm on October 5th. Toppin is described as “mulatto”, about five feet tall with short black hair with blonde highlights. She was wearing a pink hoodie and light coloured jeans.

Police believe Toppin was taken by Jacques Sennesael. He is described as white and around 40-years old. He’s balding and has facial stubble. He has a tattoo on his shoulder and was wearing a red tank top. He was driving a red sedan, which was last seen headed westbound on 106 Avenue in Edmonton.
