Glendon will select new Councillor in by-election

The Village of Glendon is heading to the polls. A by-election was announced today as councillor Nancy Pelletier tendered her resignation. The village is now required to hold the election in the next 90 days.

Nomination day for potential candidates has been announced as October 22nd. Candidates will be allowed to drop off their paperwork between 10 and 12 pm at the village office. There is no word yet on the cause of councillor Pelletiers resignation.
