Two homicide suspects arrested in Cold Lake First Nations

Two people have been arrested and charged at a residence in Cold Lake First Nations in the homicide of 31-year old Ellie Mae House of Paul Band First Nation.

Nora Flora Papin and Neil Benjamin Morin both of Paul Band First Nation have both been charged with second-degree murder and remanded into custody. On Friday, an extensive search involving both the Cold Lake and Bonnyville RCMP detachments, Morin and Papin were found.

Both suspects are believed by RCMP to have killed House on August 14. An autopsy conducted the following day found that House’s death was a homicide from a gunshot wound.
