The Bonnyville Pontiacs revealed on Thursday that they have hired a new AssistantĀ Coach.
T.J. Millar was a staff memberĀ of the Finnish U15 and U16 national teams during his tenure at the Sports Institute of Finland earning aĀ Sports Management Degree. HisĀ resume includes working as aĀ video coach for the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League and assistant coaching the Nipawin Hawks of the SaskatchewanĀ Junior Hockey League for the past two seasons. His coaching helped earn the Hawks an SJHL championship in 2018.
According to the Pontiacs, Millar is already settled in Bonnyville to beginning preparations for the upcoming season.
