RCMP in Cold Lake say charges have been laid after a roll-over in early June took the life of a man on the Cold Lake First Nation. Mounties say on June 3rd an SUV lost control and rolled several times. A 55-year-old man from the Cold Lake area was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are charging the 29-year-old driver of the SUV with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death among other allegations. The man will make his first court appearance on September 12th in Cold Lake.
