Lac La Biche mounties arrest five

RCMP in Lac La Biche is saying five people are now in custody after a convenience store robbery. Mounties say on June 27th they were called out to a gas station in town. The store had been robbed. Police say they were able to figure out the identities of the suspects.

Mounties say an investigation led to a stolen vehicle were five suspects were found and arrested. Police also said a pellet gun made to resemble an actual rifle was also found.

Three men and two women from Lac La Biche are all facing charges that include possession of property obtained in a crime. They’ll all see Lac La Biche Provincial Court on July 9th.
