On April 14, 2015, the Cold Lake RCMP responded to a complaint of a physical altercation at the liquor warehouse situated in Cold Lake, AB. The unknown male was panhandling and bothering clients outside the business.
The male was described to be 40-50 years old, First Nations, 5’4 tall, grey hair, dark cloths and had a shopping cart full of plastic bottles and beer cans.
