Bonnyville Mounties say suspicious vehicle leads to arrest

RCMP in Bonnyville are saying stopping a suspicious vehicle led to police finding two rifles and a suspect wanted on outstanding warrants. Police are saying on June 7th mounties spotted a vehicle in town they say had suspicious license plates. A stop of the vehicle led police to find it also had no insurance and reportedly had two rifles inside as well as some marijuana.

Police say the passenger in the vehicle was wanted on previous charges and was arrested. The driver is facing a variety of charges including breach of parole conditions and marijuana possession.
