Cold Lake Mounties arrest five after B and E

Mounties from Cold Lake are saying four people have been arrested and charged after a break and enter on Tuesday morning. Police say they got a call at around 11 am on June 5th of a break and enter on the Cold Lake First Nations. Police were able to spot the suspects vehicle but it took off, leading mounties on a brief chase. Mounties are saying the chase ended on range road 424 when the vehicle the suspects were in hit the dutch and crashed.

Three suspects were taken into custody quickly while one fled on foot. A police dog was later used to track him down. Mounties are saying weapons including stolen firearms and a sawed-off shotgun were found as well as cash and cocaine. 3 men and woman from Cold Lake and a man from Armstrong, B.C are now facing many charges including break and enter and flight from a peace officer. They’ll all see Cold Lake Court on June 13th
