Bonnyville mounties are saying they’ve arrested a man on both drug trafficking and firearms charges. Police say on April 19th a 31 year old man from Bonnyville was arrested after an investigation turned up evidence of cocaine and a loaded .45 caliber handgun inside the suspects vehicle.
The man is facing charges including trafficking of cocaine and unauthorized possession of a firearm. He was on parole when he was picked up by the mounties and remains in police custody. He’ll be in Bonnyville Provincial Court on May 1st.
