Cold Lake RCMP are saying a home invasion has left one injured and now a man is facing charges including attempted murder. At 9 pm on March 24th, mounties say they were called out to a home invasion in Cold Lake. The home owner was assaulted and had to be taken to hospital for treatment. Police are saying the suspect and the victim were known to each other.
Cold Lake RCMP have arrested 61 year old Bruce Burke of Cold Lake. Burke is charged with attempted murder and assault with a weapon as well as other charges. He’ll be in Cold Lake Provincial Court tomorrow.
