Bonnyville mounties laying charges after warrant

The Bonnyville RCMP are laying charges after a search warrant execution turned up drugs and weapons. On February 23rd the Bonnyville General Investigation Service and police from the Bonnyville detachment carried out a warrant at a home in a trailer park in the 5500 block on 55 street in Bonnyville. Police say cocaine, meth, illegal pills and drug accessories were found as well as a shotgun and bear spray.

a 32 year old man and a 27 year old woman have both been charged with a variety of drug and weapons offences. Both have been released on a promise to appear in Bonnyville Provincial Court on April 3rd.
