A new, fun rugby league is starting up in Cold Lake. The Penguins Rugby Football Club is bringing in non-contact, co-ed indoor rugby Sunday nights at the Energy Centre.
The league is meant to be for people aged 15 and up who are interested in trying the sport. The only equipment needed will be gym shoes.
Games will be from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. on a drop-in basis. The first night will be January 21st. The rules will be reviewed each week for newcomers.
