MD of Bonnyville moving forward with new trails

Two new trails are coming to the MD of Bonnyville. Council approved construction of the Ardmore Storm Water Trail and developing the design for the North Shore Heights Trail at its first meeting of the year Wednesday.

The Ardmore trail is on the south end of the golf course, and the North Shore one will tie into the six kilometres of existing trails around Moose Lake. Both will connect to the Iron Horse Trail.

The MD says the Town of Bonnyville’s council stays committed to extended the Jessie Lake trail to connect to the trail at the MD’s border so people can bike all the way to Moose Lake.
