St. Paul hires CAO

The town of St. Paul has found a new Chief Administrative Officer. Kim Heyman will begin in the position on January 15th.

“We are excited to have Mrs. Heyman as our new CAO,” says St. Paul council in a release. “She brings with her a wealth of experience, passion for serving our community, and will take our municipality to the next level. We welcome her back to our community.

Heyman served as the CAO for the County of St. Paul from 2002 to 2008, and is presently the Director of Advocacy & Communications for the Alberta Association of Municipal Districts & Counties. She replaces Acting CAO Trevor Kotowich, who took over after the town parted ways with former CAO Holly Habiak in November.
