Search Party Organized for Kelvin Cardinal Jr.

The Elizabeth Metis Settlement and Cardinal family are organizing a search party for Kelvin Cardinal Jr. and are looking for as many volunteers as possible.

Cardinal was last seen running into the woods at Township Road 583 and Highway 897 heading in a northeasterly direction.

He is described as Aboriginal, 5’8″ tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Cardinal is believed to have been wearing a long sleeve shirt or a light jacket, sweat pants and sneakers.

The search party is meeting at  9 AM Saturday by the Fishing Lake 897 junction. Police will be part of the search as well.

If you have information on Cardinal’s whereabouts, you are asked to call the Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
